All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time.

Please make sure your shipping details are entered correctly. Lysvain is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and external factors such as carrier delays or customs inspections. We always work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping for all orders within Spain and Europe.
There are no hidden fees or additional import charges for these regions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery status in real time.

If you haven’t received tracking details within 5 business days after your purchase, please contact us at support@lysvain.com.

5. Delays or Lost Packages

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays can occur due to customs processing or carrier issues.

If your order has not arrived after 15 business days, please contact us so we can investigate and ensure your order is delivered or replaced as quickly as possible.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@lysvain.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost.
