Returns & Refunds Policy — Lysvain
At Lysvain, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day free return policy, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in Spain and the EU (including distance-selling regulations).
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, with no signs of wear, and in the same condition as received

Include all original tags and original packaging

Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Please note: intimate items, swimwear, and clearance/final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product.
2. How to Start a Return
To start a return:

Contact our Customer Support team at support@lysvain.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

We will send you a free return label along with detailed instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will email you a confirmation.
3. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

If the item does not meet the return conditions above, we may decline the refund or offer store credit instead.

Shipping fees paid at checkout (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@lysvain.com and include:

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible with either a free replacement or a full refund.
