Returns & Refunds Policy — Lysvain

At Lysvain, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day free return policy, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in Spain and the EU (including distance-selling regulations).


1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, with no signs of wear, and in the same condition as received

  • Include all original tags and original packaging

  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Please note: intimate items, swimwear, and clearance/final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product.


2. How to Start a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@lysvain.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. We will send you a free return label along with detailed instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will email you a confirmation.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • If the item does not meet the return conditions above, we may decline the refund or offer store credit instead.

  • Shipping fees paid at checkout (if applicable) are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.


5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@lysvain.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible with either a free replacement or a full refund.
